Tom Knaus - President
Tom joined CPS in 2001 to energize the sales and marketing process and expand into new products and locations.  Since then, the business has almost doubled in Allentown and is aggressively expanding into the Chicago market. Under Tom’s guidance, CPS has added inkjet and various forms of card fulfillment to its capabilities.  Previous to joining CPS, Tom was the Executive VP of Marketing for the print and personalization products for a major secure card company. Tom also has built several card personalization companies and plants in the past, and been called in to upgrade others.  He is especially proud of bringing up the first ISO certified secure card mailing facility in the U.S. We are pleased to have Tom and his 20+ years of card experience leading us forward!

Jim Cooney - Vice President and General Manager
Jim has been a leading player in the prepaid card industry for more than seven years. He has a long history of managing the personalization of hundreds of millions of cards, and having run the largest prepaid card plant in the US. Jim brought up the Greenfield site in Addison, IL for CPS in August of 2003, and has been instrumental in adding many of our newest products and quality developments over the last 6 months. Jim led the development of a state-of-the-art Pick, Pack and Ship system for our retail customers. Most recently, Jim facilitated the move to a new state-of-the-art facility located in Glendale Heights, IL, just 5 miles away from the previous Addison location.

Michael Nawn - Regional Sales Manager, Northeast Region
Mike came on board in 2009 as the Regional Sales Manager for our Northeast Region.  Based out of Boston, MA, Mike has more than 20 years in the printing, personalization and mailing service industry. Armed with years of experience, Mike heads up new business development and for a full range of our card based solutions.

Ethan Stehman - General Manager, Allentown, PA
Ethan joined CPS in 2003 with an extensive background in both manufacturing and card personalization including advance smart card and contactless equipment. Ethan has been pivotal in the development and growth of our Allentown plant. He manages the daily operations of the plant while working side by side with our Customer Account Managers to properly execute each project with efficiency without sacrificing quality. Ethan thrives on new customer development and equipment integration.  He has been instrumental in advancing the production out of the Allentown plant which has taken CPS to a higher level of service for its customers.

Tim Johnson - Production Manager, Glendale Heights, IL
Tim joined the CPS family in 2012.

Grace Garritano - Account Manager, Glendale Heights, IL
Grace joined CPS in 2005.  She is one of the first points of contact for our customers in our Addison location. Grace has more than 30 years of customer service experience ranging from fulfillment to management. She manages customers' projects from start to finish ensuring proper completion and timelines are met.  Grace brings a personal touch to the business and is an advocate for each of the customer’s needs.  

Char Wade - Quality Control Manager, Glendale Heights, IL
Char joined the CPS family in 2008.  Prior to CPS, Char had more than 13 years of Quality Control documentation in the Secure Card Personalization industry. Her experience ranges from manufacturing to ISO Management. This is critical to a top shelf product development process which continues to innovate for our customers. Char is instrumental in developing and maintaining the standards in which CPS operates and manages the highest level of quality for each of our customers for our Glendale Heights location.

Lisa Burkart - Account Manager, Allentown, PA
Lisa Burkart joined CPS family in 2009 with extensive experience in the customer service field. Lisa began her career as a project coordinator in fulfillment at Communication Concepts Inc., better known today as Transcontinental Direct. After nine years with the company, Lisa transitioned to become an account manger with Alcom Printing which specializes in fulfillment direct mailing and print. Lisa brings with her training and innovation the will allow CPS to provide top notch service and an extensive array of mailing capabilities for our customers. Her experience and knowledge of the business make Lisa a true asset to the CPS organization.

Denise Clark - Account Manager, Allentown, PA
Denise was welcomed to CPS in 2009 and has a young and energetic spark for the technical side of the card industry. Denise is currently studying to complete a degree in Computer Science with a focus on data programming. Her background in the retail customer service business and love for technology make her a perfect fit for the ever-changing mailing and card industry.  She has a drive to learn the business and promote high quality service to each of our customers.  Denise’s technical background coupled with her outgoing personality allows her to be a resource to all customers who may need assistance building data and cultivating a successful campaign.
