The plants are equipped with the most up-to-date card matching and attaching equipment. This insures you get the right product every time. We use magnetic stripes, cameras, barcodes, and sequential verification to verify positively, you get a perfect match.
Personalization & Packaging
We have one of the largest card personalization operations in the U.S. Our experience is unparalleled in embossing, inkjet printing, thermal printing, encoding, etc. We also support virtually any type of packaging requirement you have for cards from packages of one on up.
Warehousing & Distribution

CPS Allentown, PA, is excited to announce they have signed a lease for a new building near the current location. Located just 10 miles away, the new facility will be open by September, 2010. The new plant boasts a larger area for the sales and corporate group, expanded customer service area, modern production floor design, and substantially upgraded security. In fact, all our systems will be upgraded to meet or exceed PCI compliant requirements. We are very excited with the new, larger space, and its ability to accommodate our rapidly growing business!
